Welll, I've been the busiest person ever this week, oh my goodness.
Sunday: Work from 10-2 then Melanie's debut practice from 3-6. I decided not to try out for V.Ent haha, and I went to dinner with Lindsay & the fam. Debut practice was intense for some reason, maybe 'cause I missed last week. But yeah it's all good 'cause Alberto & I got that shit on lock (;
Monday: I don't know what happened. But I remember Melanie told me she made V.Ent & I really wanted to be on it with her and she told me there might be make-up auditions so I worked on thaaat.
Tuesday: I went to lunch/dinner with Tiff, Monique, and Jeremy. Then I headed to work from 7-11. Closing's not fun.
Wednesday: V.Ent make up auditions! I was so nervous! Haha, my hands were sweating just driving there, oh my. I followed Mel there 'cause the team had practice& we were like an hour early. Once we started stretching and all they said if we were auditioning that we could either try out with the piece that I'd already learned or the one that they were gonna teach. Everyone is super nice there! I guess they knew I was new and they kept helping me out to calm down and all. It was to "She Ain't Got No Money in the Bank" & it was faaaast. But I got it down, youuu already know (; Well kinda. The first part killed me everytime. And then all the auditioners were told to go to the other room for auditions. Ah, I started getting nervous again. I tried out FOUR times. Two of each piece. I had to free style each time -_- not the business. Haha, tell me why I was doing pirouettes and leg extensions, ahhaha. But yeah they said to check online the next morning to see if we made it or not. It was so late when I left! Like 11:35. Justin called me like 10 times, haha. I feel bad when he stays up for me.
Thursday: Practice at Debbie Reynold's. I got there kinda late but supposedly the Beat Freaks were there. Or however you spell it 'cause I haven't seen ABDC since last year, ahah. But yeah practice was so intense! And then Dacia's crew practiced after us and we stayed to watch a little, they are fucking siiiick! Shit, I wish I was as half as good as them.
Right?! Then we were on our way out and for some reason we were like chillin' next to Kathryn's car forever haha, and Melanie hears this like beeping noise and she's like "It's like totally 7-11 right now" and I ignore her like I usually do (; and after a while I'm like "IT'S AN ICE CREAM TRUCK!" and they're all lookin' at me like "wtf Lauren" and so I run to look behind the bush and yes, in fact, it was an ice cream truck. We got some ice creamm. And it was the like soft serve ice cream, yum. Tell me why they had no water. -_- Then we got lost trying to go back to Northridge, haha. We eventually made our way back & Mel and I went to CSUN to drop off my library books. Her mom then invited me to dinner, haha. We went to Jairo's for a little to discuss some business then headed to the buffet. Funniest dinner of my life. "So... do you see like.. deer in your backyard? How's your bacon? I heard Canada's known for bacon" AHAHA. Then I went home. Fun, fun, fun. I found out I made V.Ent this day too. Sarah comes to me during fourth like "Hey, congrats!" I go "Wait! I made it?! No way! How do you know?!" Haha, woop I'm on the rosterrr. Check me out at World of Dance, April 4!
Todayyy...is hella boring! Oh well, I have work tomorrow anyway. Ahh next weekend is Nationals! :D
